I received a lot of complain concerning the Etisalat free browsing with stark VPN. Some said it is slow while some complained that it did not connect at all. Later I discovered that the error came from the then version of the stark VPN.(v 2.3)
Fortunately, another version of the vpn(v 2.5) is on playstore and the error had been fixed.

Install and open the Vpn, then click on Auto Select Location tick Auto Select Location
Click on Tweaks and choose Etisalat. Then connect. It takes few seconds to connect. Don't forget that it is limited to 60mb daily
