Whatsapp had announced that some devices will no longer support whatsapp by the end of December 2016. However. The day was extended to 30th June 2017 for some devices among which was Blackberry 10(BB10).
Unfortunately, Whatsapp stopped working this morning on some of these devices especially BB10 and it is not yet June 30. If you found yourself in this situation, just go to Blackberry world in your phone and download the newer version of Whatsapp. Install it and continue enjoying it. Don't forget Whatsapp will no longer work on your phone by the end June 2017
