HOW TO SHARE AND TRANSFER AIRTIME ON NETWORK

Airtel default transfer PIN is 1234. You can change your PIN/ to prevent unauthorized transfer of airtime from your phone.

You can change the pin by sending SMS in this format,
"PIN [space] 1234 [space] New Pin" to 432. Example :"PIN 1234 5980" (without the quotes). 1234 is your default pin. 5980 is your new pin. After sending "PIN 1234 5980" to 432, you will receive a confirmation message from Airtel.

To transfer airtime, send an SMS command in this format: 2u [space] Airtel Number [space] Amount [space] PIN to 432.
Assuming you want to transfer N200 worth of airtime to 08023456789, send 2u 08023456789 200 5980 to 432, where 5980 is your new pin.

Note
1. You will be charged N10 for each transfer and you are allowed to transfer only 3 times in a day.

2. The minimum amount you can transfer is N50 and the maximum amount is N4500 at once which also the maximum amount you can transfer in a day
