The new Airtel 4.6GB is still going on though it is SIM selective. Some users are not eligible for this offer. It seems the offer is for smart phones. If you have a smart phone, insert your SIM inside it and send GET to 141 and be expecting the congratulation message.
If you didn't get the message after doing this, the working option is to tweak an IMEI and Repeat the process again. The IMEI are 355236097051
