If you have a new phone, just insert your MTN SIM inside the phone and wait for congratulation message from MTN
If you don't have a new smartphone but your device is MTK device which
allows IMEI tweaking, just tweak the below

If after 3 minutes,you do not receive the congratulation message, it means the IMEI you generated is not valid.
