Psiphon.
1. Set your Access Point network settings as
APN: Etisalat
IP proxy:Blank
Port: Blank
2. Launch your psiphon and set is as follows
Under Proxy type select ‘‘real host''
Under Proxy server: 41.190.16.160:8080
Leave the others and click save.
3. A pop up message will come up asking if you want to use psiphon browser only or Tunnel whole device. Choose tunnel whole device.
4. It will take you to the next screen, click on the option tab.
Select USA server under region.
5. Click on more option.
Under “proxy settings”’ check the “connect
through an HTTP Proxy” box. Mark Use the
following settings
Host Address: 78.46.188.239
Port:3128
OR
Host Address: 165.139.17 9.225
Port:8080
Save and Click Start. Wait for at least 10 minutes because it takes time to connect
