HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF INSUFFICIENT MEMORY OR PLAY STORE NOT DOWNLOADING AT ALL
IF you are experiencing the problem above. Follow the steps below to solve the problem
1. Download ES EXPLORER and install it Here
2. Press Option,click on Tools and select APP MANAGER.
3. It will display will all your installed applications. Select SYSTEM APPS, you will see PLAY STORE and GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES
4. Mark the two of them and then click backup
5. Wait for the backup to complete then exit
6. Goto your phone settings, select apps. Click on PLAY STORE and TAP on DISABLE. It will ask if you really want to Uninstall playstore and restore default. Select Yes and wait for it to Uninstall
7. Do the same thing to GOOGLE PLAY SERVICE and exit
8. Open your ES EXPLORER again and open BACKUPS folder.
9. Then install the play store and the Google play services
